By booking an appointment, availing our services, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Appointments

All services are provided by trained professionals. Results may vary based on individual skin/hair type and condition.
Appointments are mandatory for most services. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 3 hours prior to the appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in prepayment requirements.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed at the salon and are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments must be made in full at the time of service.
Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets.
No refunds for completed services. Refunds for unused packages are subject to management approval and may incur a processing fee.
GST will be applicable as per government regulations.

3. Packages & Offers

Package validity: 3 to 12 months from date of purchase (as specified at the time of sale).
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your health.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be serviced.
Use of mobile phones is restricted in treatment areas for privacy and hygiene.

5. Hygiene & Cleanliness

All tools and equipment are sterilized as per industry standards.
Disposable items (masks, gloves, wax strips, etc.) are used wherever applicable.
Clients are requested to maintain personal hygiene. We reserve the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met.

6. Salon Etiquette

Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult. We are not liable for unsupervised children.
No outside food or drinks allowed inside the salon.
Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients is expected. Abusive language or behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Services are performed with due care, but we are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse outcomes not disclosed prior to treatment.
Patch tests are recommended for first-time chemical treatments (hair color, facial peels, etc.).

8. CCTV & Photography

The salon is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for security (excluding private treatment rooms).
Photography or videography inside the salon requires prior permission.
We may use before/after photos for promotional purposes only with your written consent.

9. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from date of issue unless specified otherwise.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, power failures, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be displayed at the salon reception.
